Luke Morscheck P.E. is a mechanical engineer with expertise in rail vehicle trucks (bogies), vehicle dynamics and carbody structures. Luke has built a reputation in the rail industry for both technical excellence and professional conduct. He has served as lead design engineer or consulting subject matter expert for many significant design and procurement projects around North America.

These projects cover a variety of rail vehicle types including streetcar, light rail, rapid transit, commuter rail, electric/battery/hydrogen powered multi-units, high speed trainsets and locomotives. His previous employment with both carbuilders and large consulting firms have afforded him the opportunity to serve in varied positions and work with numerous railroads, transit agencies, manufacturers and carbuilders over the years.
